Djibouti
Radio Djibouti 4780, *0304. Station sign-on immediately into Koran recitations followed by Arabic text. S9 signal despite static and slow fade by 0315. (B Jordan, TN)

Ecuador
HCJB Global 9780, 0256-0324. Announcers text during German service. Station identification at 0327 followed by sign-off. SIO 44/ (S MacKenzie, CA)

French Guiana
Radio France International relay 17630, 2115. Spanish news and comments. SIO 333. Music program at 2117. (S MacKenzie, CA).

Germany
Voice of Croatia relay 9925, 0248. Croatian service with SIO 232. Folk music to segments on news. (S MacKenzie, CA)

Guatemala
Radio Buenas Nuevas 4799.77, 0254-0424* and 0859-1230 - sign-off at 0424*, then transmitter turned back on early at 0859 and dead air until 0924. Non stop music instrumentals until 1000, followed by dead air until transmitter left the air at 1002. Back on at 1015 with instrumentals until 1024 sign-on announcement. Signal still audible at 1230 with good signal. CODAR interference throughout. (B Jordan, TN)

Radio Cultural Coatan 4780, 0108-0121.+ Spanish announcements on events between lively bumper music between items. Station ID at 0119 as "Radio Coatan" without mention of Cultural. Local campo music amid SIO 323, despite QRM, no sign of sweeper which is strong on 5785. (H Frodge, MI)

Radio Victoria 9720, 2335-0009. Religious sermon in Spanish to station ID and mentions of Lima and "onda Corta" several times. New religious program at 0007and ID as, "la programa de Dios Radio Victoria." Present with interference via China Radio International sign-on at 0000

Russia
Deutsche Welle via Petropavlovsk (tentative) 15640, 2259-2350. German news at 2300 into program about a pop music festival in Berlin at 2317. Fair strength until fading began about 2345. Sespect this might be via Petropavlovsk since parallel frequencies remained constant as did other 19 meter band stations. (W Craighead, CO).
