BELARUS
Radio Racyja shortwave schedule is now 1530-1730 on 5815 via Sitkunai, Lithuania, 1830-2200 on 6105 via Leszcynka, Poland. (WRTH 2008) As far as I am aware the Radio Racyja transmission is the only one on shortwave from Poland. (Mike Barraclough)

UN Peacekeeping Mission in Eritrea/Ethiopia broadcasts via Dhabbaya are now 0900-1000 Sundays, 1030-1130 Tuesdays on 15440. (Wolfgang Bueschel)
LAOS
Regional station Xam Neua on 4678 observed at 0000-0030 relaying National Radio Vientiane, 0030 own program to 0215 fade-out, also signing on 0900/0930 to 1300 very often with, for our ears, monotonous a-cappella singing by lady; fair level here. National Radio Vientiane observed signing at 2156 on 6130 with sung anthem and announcements including frequencies, off at 2322; at 0008 on again and observed to 0430, then 0745 to 1530 off, but possibly continuous; local station level here. MYANMAR
Myanmar Radio Minority Service on 5040 observed 0745 to past 1520 with word programme and local music, always with a distinct hum/drone, fair level. Defence Forces Radio 5770; monitored transmission times are: 0130-0430, 0730-0930, 1130-1530. Programme consists of occasional talk, but largely of Burmese adaptations of western pop and country music, "Super Trooper" or "The Young Ones". During periods of silence, sometimes SSB traffic observed. Local station level here. Myanmar National Radio on 5985; observed transmission times 0030-0130 and 0900 - 0930 to past 1530 November 21 with English programme at 1522. Also heard on 7185 November 24 at 0210 with English pop music, 0230 English news, 0240 western rap music (no Burmese adaptations) with two canned announcements in between, one including "BBC lying, VOA deceiving", the other denouncing protesters as "criminals and opportunists", 0259 announcement in English and Burmese, off 0300. Best time in Europe to check for FRCN Abuja regional station on 7274.9 is after 0630 when Tunisia leaves co-channel. Very tiny signal. Stronger signal observed in southern Spain during my holiday trip. (Wolfgang Bueschel)
