The 'Mini Atlantique' yacht race weather radio service via TDF Issoudun, France on 7340 and 17545 kHz.
Tuned into male with French weather forecasts at 15.11UT on 7340 kHz today, Friday 24 July. At 15.20 UT, a lady in English reading weather reports took over. Voices were familiar as heard on 'Mini Atlantique' broadcasts in previous years.
After checking HFCC.org database in A-26, could also hear weaker \\ on 17545 kHz (TDF via Issoudun bcast center at 15.00-16.00 UT).
There's an event, 'Les Sables' to the Azores and back, 'Mini Atlantique ', so presume the broadcasts are for participants in that:
