Update on Radio Tirana monitoring
ALBANIA B-06 Radio Tirana, 6130 kHz, English to Europe, 1945-2000 UT, blocked by Voice of Russia on 6130 kHz.
Please, make some observations at 1945-2000 UT on:
1st 6170
2nd 6180
3rd 6050
4th 6135 kHz
All of these frequencies were free, 6135 kHz had less noise level, but all have strong stations on the lower and upper sides (-5/+5 kHz) with S=+15 to +40 db respectively from 1st to 4th frequency suggestions made by (wb).
These are the results of observations made on Nov. 6, 2006 for changes in B06ALR. All the best from a blue sky rose dusk in Tirana, Drita (RT, Nov 7)
English 6130 kHz checked on various days, 2000 kms downunder and also here in Germany, when back: My suggestion on this matter: 6135 kHz would be a nice choice. You will always have some adjacent channel interference during winter season, as Noel said previously.
