COSTA RICA: 17850 REE relay. Time: 1813-1818. In SP. OM anncr with futbol match. Not quite as animated as South American announcers, but pretty close. // 17715 Both Good. (Wood, TN).

FRANCE: 11995 Radio Taipei Int'l; 1652-1657*, 3-Mar; 2M&W in EE discussing yoga, wine & chocolate on pgm Grooves; RTI spots. SIO=3+54.
//15300, SIO=343+, 11705 missing & 13695 covered by WYFR. Off abruptly; OC back up in less than a minute, then Radio France Int'l came on in FF @1700. (Frodge-DXP)

VATICAN CITY: 7350 Voice of Russia relay. Time: 0440-0500. Date: 03-03-07. In EG. Nicely done prgm "People of Uncommon Destiny" featuring the works of stuntmen and stuntwomen in Russia. ID at TOH as "This is Moscow. You are listening to the Voice of Russia." VG. (Wood, TN).
