I just spoke with Scott Mock, the owner of this new station. They are still in the testing phase, running 1,000 watts into a two element quad.
He says they are testing (but not always on) between 9 AM and 5 PM Central. 1500-2300 UTC. (note does not indicate such, however last frequency reported testing was on 15550 kHz)
Scott added that he will QSL and gave his email as wjhr@usa.com
The call stands for John Hill Radio. He was the guy who recorded the church service programming that the station is playing.
