Radio Fedaletin Sesi / Voice of Justice, Nagorno-Karabakh, in Azeri heard all Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays in times as in B11 Winter schedule as follows: Tu/Fr 1400-1425 UTC, and Wed/Saturday 0600-0625 UTC (in previous summers respective from 1300 and from 0500 DST). So maybe in Armenia or in Azerbaijan, or in both the situation with their local times is similar as in Russia and Belarus. (Pankov, Apr 12)
