Brazil's Radio Gaucha reactivates on shortwave

6020 kHz, 1052 UTC Radio Gaucha - Reactivated - Porto Alegre - RS, Brazil with male announcr's newscast and events of the day. Reference to the city of Porto in 1:43 video.
