U.S. and Cuba reach new postal agreement

Today's correspondence from Arnie Coro of Radio Havana Cuba .informed of the following ...

" Cuban TV news just reported that the US Postal Service and Correos de Cuba, the Cuban postal service, have agreed to re-start the direct exchange of postal services, so publications can reach us much faster and would not get lost, as it happens when they go via a third country...Also CO2KK's QSL cards will reach US radio amateurs much faster too."
