Japanese broadcast to North Korea slated for March 26

From the Nagoya DXers Circle (NDXC) we have received confirmation that the new service for missing Japanese believed to be abducted in North Korea will launch on Monday Japanese time. NDXC reports:
“The Sea Breeze-Shiokaze” starts the transmission from KDDI - Yamata at 2030-2100 UTC 25 March on 6045kHz (callsign: JSR-Shiokaze) 100kW, and and 1300-1330 UTC on 26 March on 9485kHz via VT Communications-Taiwan.”
