This is their anti-jamming alternative frequency (ex: 6020- temporary move?), missed sign-on at 1400, as I was on 6020. In English, program of details about the abductees, fair-poor due tosplatter from Echo of Hope on 6003, off with ID "JSR. This is ShiokazeSea Breeze from Tokyo, Japan". Heard 6020 with what sounded like anAsian station (VOV?) and jamming was also present and continued past1430. (Ron Howard-CA)
