Website redesign for PTR-Vladivostok

Despite Russia's Radio Tikhiy Okean is now being off the air on shortwave, the following was contributed by Ron Howard. Thanks for the update.
Gayle VH

The website for PTR-Vladivostok (Pacific State Television and Broadcasting Company) is back again and has been completely redesigned http://www.ptr-vlad.ru/, but perhaps not totally functional yet. All references to Radio Tikhiy Okean seem to have been expunged and there are no longer any audio files for it, nor do I find live streaming for AM 810, so Primorskoye Radio may also be off the air.
