IBC updates their QSL policy
The Italian Broadcasting Corporation has announced a new QSL policy. The station's websites, notes, "We confirm all correct reception reports with our E-QSL. We are sorry, but due to the high cost of stamps, if you need our paper QSL (sent with an IBC sticker), a donation is required."
Among future plans, there is the possibility to extend their Saturday broadcast via Rohrbach, Germany, on 6070 kHz at the end of October. If so, the new time slot will include: 1300-1500 UTC(currently 1300-1400 UTC).
IBC has decided that their Saturday transmission will begin in the upcoming B17 winter period.
