The historic building housing the studios and offices for KREX-TV inGrand Junction Colorado, was destroyed by fire today. The fire broke out around8:30 AM and was still burning at 5:00 PM. KREX is a CBS affiliate. Thebuilding apparently also housed the local Fox TV affiliate. The buildingwas reportedly built in 1951.
