23900 H2 2 x 11950 Xizang PBS Lhasa PRC China, carrier only at 0751 UTC, just above weak level, but distinctive when you hear it, having a lot of trouble with local birdies, hampering harmonic hunting, baby monitors etc, harder to hear the carriers, then in previous years.

Active Sporadic E at the time of reception on Six Metres and Band 1 TV, in VK, noted 50.046 VK8RAS/b, and 46.172 RTQ0 strength S7. 10 Metres open to Hong Kong and Japan, and VK4 > VK6 and VK5, so worth a look on the lower bands for some Harmonics !!
