Mrs. Esther Neufeld, from HCJB Voice of the Andes, German Section, has confirmed to me that HCJB has started regular broadcastings in German in the frequency of 9865 kHz, via Calera de Tango (CVC Broadcasting Station close to Santiago, Chile) to South America, from 2300-0000 UTC. Is the same frequency where they did test some weeks ago.
