Top 10 DX Contest Information

‘Top 10 DX Contest’ for shortwave listeners. From December 1 to December 31, 2025, the ‘BC-DX-Contest Top 10 DX’ competition will once again take place for all interested shortwave listeners. The goal is to receive radio stations from ten different countries in the frequency range from 2300 kHz
to 30.000 kHz and to prove this with clear program details.

Only radio stations with an official broadcasting license that were heard with your own(!) local receiving equipment count. The lower the transmission power and the further away the station, the more points this brings to the contest account. The evaluation is based on the transmission power data documented in the WRTH. A digital log sheet and further details are available online at

www.topdx-radioclub.com/top10dx.html

The deadline for submissions is January 5, 2026, at 2400 UT. All participants can download a digital certificate after the evaluation; the winner will receive a trophy with their name on it. Finally, please note that in addition to the WRT Handbook, the “Shortwave Frequency Guide” from Klingenfuss-Verlag and frequency lists from the Internet (see, for example, <eibispace.de> ) are also suitable for finding challenging reception targets for the contest.
