Dr Jeffrey Steinberg uses embryo screening to help parents select the gender of their children.

Mara was ten when she decided to re-design her body by starving herself. She's now 15 and at a healthy weight, but still struggles with it.

Sian Hughes terminated her pregnancy after her foetus tested positive for Down's Syndrome. She immediately regretted it and later wrote a prize-winning poem about her regret.

Aad and Ron Disssel de Boo take in children no one else wants. For them, it's not about designing the child you want, but loving the child you have.

Karin Amatmoekrim was born in Surinam and moved to the Netherlands with her family at the age of five. She studied Dutch literature at the University of Amsterdam.

In her story 'We are not Great' a teenager who grew up in Curacao arrives in a small village in North Holland. His unique personality has an unexpected impact on his fellow students.

The Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra performs works by Berlioz and Korngold, followed by music associated with films: Wagenaar's Overture 'The Cid', and a

serious composition by film score composer Rósza. After the intermission, it's Beethoven's 'Eroica Symphony'. Your hosts are Hans Haffmans and Cynthia Wilson.

Lesser-known composer Ferrucio Busoni's 'Berceuse Elégiaque' is played by the Schönberg Ensemble, while the Wiener Philharmoniker put in an appearance with

the third movement of Mahler's 'Third Symphony'. The Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra performs the entire 'Fifth Symphony' by Mahler, plus the kaleidoscopic

'Don Juan' by Richard Strauss. Bart Visman is co-hosting with Hans Haffmans.
