Dear Customer,
Russian rate increased on Feb 1st from 22,50 r to 23,10. We updated our units on that date, the same date our Moscow supplier learned of new rate. I don't have any tiny values to makeup, only had extra values to rearrange my units. Supplier can't make 23,10r so I will be receiving 25r stamps.
UK rate increases from 62p to 67p 1st week of April. UK: England, Scotland, Wales and N. Ireland will now sell for $1.50. We are selling the new rate now. See UK special below. Isle of Man should increase to 67p, but looks like Guernsey is dropping to 55p, and maybe Jersey will hold at its current 55p. These 3 will remain priced at $1.30.
