Because of the termination of TWR Europe's MW transmissions from Albania
on 31 Jan 2016, there were major changes as of 1 Jan 2017 to the schedules
of Roumoules France and Grigoriopol Moldova.
Therefore, we decided to publish the attached update of TWR Europe's B-16 schedule.
