We are pleased to announce that we will be airing our 1,000th show for WBCQ, The Planet, on 7490 kHz, Sunday, June 8th, 2025, at 2100 UTC.
In addition to our regular Sunday at 2100 UTC broadcast this June, we'll be airing the "Best Of Marion's Attic", on 7490, at 2200 UTC. Perhaps Tom Call Theater may make an appearance during that second hour, too. Stay tuned for details.
Only five percent of podcaster have made it to show 100. How many other short wave broadcasters have produced over 1,000 episodes of one program? Not boasting; we've never promoted ourselves. :)
