THIS WEEK'S PROGRAM - (First broadcast this coming FRIDAY by WRMI at 0200 UTC on 5850, and then Channel 292 on SATURDAY at 11:00 UTC on 6070 and 9670 kHz):
Begins with some of Beethoven's last major compositions - the String Quartet No. 16. It is followed by Finnish composer Kimmo Hakola - his Clarinet Concerto, and then a cello sonata from one of J S Bach's children - C P E Bach. After that - the Monteverdi Choir will sing John Tavener's Dum Transisset Sabbatum. The program ends with the Flute Sonata in D Major by Joseph Bodin De Boismortier.
