Senegal & Guinea -Bissau amateur radio activity Mar 3-23

6W & J5, SENEGAL & GUINEA-BISSEAU. Saturday March 3 through March 23 German operators Sid/DM2AYO, Mel/DL6CT and Hans/DL7CM will be active as 6W/DM2AYO, 6W/DL6CT and 6W/ DL7CM from a hotel in Cap Skirring (GL:IK12pi), Senegal, between March 3-23rd. The trio will also fi nd time to be active as J5UAR from a camp north of the Varela village (GL: IK12qh) in Guinea-Bissau, possibly between March 4-22nd. Activity from both
places will be on 160-6 meters, CW, SSB, RTTY and PSK. Equipment will be an IC-706 with amp, a GP for lowbands, 5 band 2 element Yagi for the high bands and a 4 element Yagi for 6m.
