NTV Uganda has resumed transmission after it was switched off three months ago by the Ugandan authorities. Nation Media Group Chief Executive Officer, Lynus Gitahi, says he is pleased that the station is back on air and promised viewers and clients world class transmission of news and other programmes.
The return to transmission by NTV Uganda follows a memorandum of understanding between the station and the Broadcasting Council in Uganda in which technical matters that resulted in its closure will be resolved amicably at a later date.
