Radio Sweden’s website says “Because of interference from other radio stations, we’ve been forced to change the frequency of our broadcast in English to the Middle East at 15:30 UTC. The current frequency of 11590 kHz is changing on May 25 to 11595 kHz.”(Source: R Netherlands Media Network)
