Night of Nights CW stations to air July 12


The annual “Night of Nights” event, in which historic maritime CW stations such as KPH and WLO return from the dead for a few hours and transmit Morse code messages, will begin at 0001 UTC July 13. (Of course, that’s the evening of July 12 for American listeners).  

Sponsored by the Maritime Radio Historical Society, it will also feature Coast Guard stations such as NMC, as well as amateur radio stations K6KPH and W4WLO making CW contacts with fellow hams.
