The following logs represent what has been logged recently via DX Window.
CLANDESTINES
702 MW, Alquds R, 1800, Nov 06, ann in Arabic towards Syria of program "with eve", music, giving phone numbers for listeners to call in, a female calling the show and a long conversation about marriage!!! they are not as patriotic as they used to be!?, in the clear here in Cairo with some QRM from Turkey. The last time I picked up that station in June, 2006, on the North coast of Egypt, their program schedule on MW used to be around 0600-1400 only and 24 hours a day on FM (tent.). Now it sounds like they extended their transmission on the MW..maybe increase in power as well. I picked them up as well during last Ramadan (October 2006 ) around 2100, but I thought that was an extended schedule only for Ramadan..but sounds like I was wrong. (Zeidan)
