World Radio Day set for February 13
translated from original post in Spanish via Jose Bueno/playdx
Dear listeners
I would recall that on 13 February was established by UNESCO as World Radio Day (World Radio Day), a day to celebrate radio as a medium of communication and to promote access to information and freedom expression.
The theme of World Radio Day 2016 is "Radio in times of disaster and emergency," with which it is intended to celebrate the importance of radio in our lives, both in peacetime and in difficult circumstances.
We would be interested to know your views on this issue and, therefore, we invite you to send short written or recorded messages, email our span@rri.ro direction. The most interesting messages will be broadcast in a special program.
We also hope to send us personal photos free of copyright and referred to the role that radio plays in their lives, to upload them with your comments to the page RRI and our profiles in social networks.
