Russia/Ethiopia: 15195 kHz TDP brokered "EOTC Holy Synod Radio" via Samara, Mons only 16-17 UT noted TX switch-on at 15.59:48 UT, S=9 signal and some deep fades. Program started exact at 1600 UT, sacred chants, but suddenly powerful Ethiopian broadband hissing noise jammer started at 17.02:40 UT. From now on, EOTC program was scarcely audible underneath noise.

Ethiopian jammer covered at least 15189.6 to 15201.3 kHz broadband.

[later 16.50 til 17.01 UT, Monday March 1st]
Ethiopian jammer covered the EOTC signal in total, at least here in central Europe. Three times noted Horn of Africa flute music underneath jamming noise, i.e. at 16.52:30, 16.54 and 16.55 ... 16.57 UT. EOTC transmission seemingly ended at 16.58:30 UT. FRS Holland heard on weekend broadcast
7600, Europirate - FRS-Holland, 1031-1039, Feb 28, English. Tried 7600 & 5800 at 1000. Nothing but band noise on each. Check again at 1031, just before leaving for work and heard male announcer in English into pop tune reminiscent of Elvis Costello/Joe Jackson style. More announcer at 1034, only able to make out the occasional word or phrase, notably, "..going back to 1999.."; brief female announcer at 1037, followed by male announcer with "Free Radio Service Holland" in passing. Presumed e-mail address only as, "FRS @.." readable. Pop music at 1038. Wwould have like to stay with it, but I had to go to work. Signal weak-poor under band noise with a few peaks. Does FRS transmit via Holland? Yes, I count countries! (Scott Barbour-NH)
