VOA Mandarin continues its daily MFSK transmissions, now MFSK16
centered on 2000 Hz. Very precise tuning of the audio frequency is
necessary for a successful decode of MFSK16.

of Governors will meet Wednesday, 13 August, beginning at 1300 UTC. The
meeting will include discussion of the BBG shortwave committee report. Live and
