For those people who send mint stamps etc to New Zealand radio stations (mediumwave, shortwave, amateur etc) you may be interested to know that NZ Post are increasing the price of posting a letter overseas on October 1, 2010.(Mark Nicholls/HCDX)

On 1 October 2010 we are changing some of our prices. The increase is necessary because the amount of mail we deliver is falling while the number of homes, farms and businesses to which we deliver is growing. In addition, the GST rate is changing from 12.5% to 15%.
