Shortwave Radiogram, Program 365

 Hello friends,

If you are in eastern North America, I hope that Hurricane Debby and associated storms and flooding have not caused you too many difficulties.  Al WD4AH, who produces the Birthday Radiogram on The Mighty KBC and helps with Shortwave Radiogram, lost electricity and internet for a time at his northern Florida location.

Here in northern Virginia, we are getting some rain from the outer bands of Debby, which is welcome given our severe drought. There will be more tonight, but I think the main consequence for our house is that we will have to put some towels on the floor of the basement to soak up some moisture. Farther west, in the Blue Ridge Mountains, flooding is likely. The weather is more exciting in the mountains.

The wet streets gave me an opportunity to test out my two new tires, on the front axle. They performed well, but I noticed the markings on the left and rear tire are different. Same brand, but different tire. When the rains subside, I will have to go back to the auto repair shop that installed them and have a frank discussion.

A video of last week's Shortwave Radiogram (program 364) is provided by Scott in Ontario (Wednesday 1330 UTC). The audio archive is maintained by Mark in the UK. Analysis is provided by Roger in Germany.
