Van Gogh's 'Starry Night' is back in Holland for the first time in 20 years along with all the starry paraphernalia you can imagine. We'll take a tour of the exhibition and the gift shop.

Also on the show, dead Dutch authors are being dug up - literally. We'll explain what's going on, listen to a listener's 'Lost in Translation' story, and play a little music from this week's Dutch feature artist, Solo.

*** The State We're In - Midweek Edition ***

Banks are crashing, but do you have a right to your money? An Antiguan man explains why he ran to the bank to take out all his cash after the arrest of the bank owner, Texas billionaire Allen Stanford, for fraud. And an Argentinian woman tells us how she's still trying to get her money back after the bank crash there nearly a decade ago.

Plus, is there a right to marry? And how about a right not to marry. Jasvinder Sanghera ran away from home at the age of 15 when her parents tried to force her into an arranged marriage. Today she runs a UK-based support group for men and women in the same situation.

And in Kenya, the tradition of polygamy is dying out as resources shrink and women are being offered more life choices. But reporter Michael Kalonki visited an old Masai herder who insists that his three wives live harmoniously together - kind of.

'The Full Apron' - by Diane De Keyzer

Diane De Keyzer is a free-lance journalist who has written extensively about people in the service industry - from maids to masterchefs. For Radio Books she tells a historical story set in the early 20th century. The farmer-mayor of a small town has an eye for his young maids who appear to leave service heavier than when they arrived.

Wind power comes with the usual pros and cons. It's renewable but unreliable - wind doesn't always blow where and when you want it. Stepping up to solve this problem in Europe is the European Super Grid.

If the wind blows in Spain but not Norway, current flows to the place it is needed. And when the wind changes, so can the direction of the current. And it's not just wind, the aim is to link all renewables, like hydroelectric and solar so that eventually, renewable energy can provide 30 percent of Europe's power.
