A young woman is missing - a young man confesses that he was involved in her death, but the police are powerless to arrest him. The programme takes a look at the legal ups and downs of the Natalie Holloway case. We also ask how far private citizens, journalists and film makers should go in bringing suspects to book?
In this week's theme, making amends, we look at the value and importance of forgiveness, with a visit to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission's Freedom Park in South Africa.
And we have two reports from China, home to a sizeable Pakistani refugee population and also to Hu Jia, one of the most prominent dissidents in the country, who has just been arrested.

In the middle of the 20th century, most of Europe's colonies in Africa became independent. Hopes were high for a better life everywhere on the continent. But the departing European powers had done little to prepare their colonies for self-rule.
In his satirical novel 'The Laughing Cry', published in 1982, Congolese writer and former Prime Minister Henri Lopes describes a fictitious former French colony with a supreme dictator known as 'Daddy'. Cameroonian Social Scientist Jude Kehla puts the novel in context.
