NEW RATES:
Italy increases from 2,00 euros to 2,30 euros! December 1st. Units updated Nov. 12th
Germany increases from 0,75 to 0,80 on Jan. 1st. Units are now updated.
Netherlands increases from 1,05 to 1,15 on Jan. 1st. No problem, their forever stamp covers it.
Norway increases from 16 kr to 17 kr on Jan. 1st. Denominated units are updated. Their forever stamp covers the increase.
UAE rate now 600

UAE: $3.00 up from $1.50 due to rate increase.
