11750 SRI LANKA SLBC City FM had signed on about 1629, Jan. 13, as I watched the frequency, but I just missed it; however, I did hear a “City FM” ID, 1630 anthem??, 1632 man and woman in Sinhala. Fair.
9405 TAIWAN Radio Taiwan International at 1639, Jan. 13, in English, man and woman chatting, pop music. Poor.
