Armenian village head "instructs villagers not to listen to Radio Liberty"

Residents of Zovuni village in Armenia say that the village head, Serzh Avetisian, has found new methods to restrict people’s right to information. He bans residents from listening to Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty in the village. Serzh Avetsisian calls people from his office and instructs them not to listen to the radio station.
Residents do not intend to obey Serzh Avetisian’s order as Radio Liberty is the only source of information in the village.
