Broadcast to Cuba, worth the cost ?

Cubans who manage to find Radio or TV Marti through Cuban government jamming discover programming sprinkled with vulgarity, biased programming presented as news, and programming that omits stories critical of the Bush administration and Miami's Cuban exile community, according to recent U.S. government reviews. All these things are in apparent violation of federal broadcast standards and of the Office of Cuba Broadcasting's own guidelines, according to recent U.S. government quality-control reviews of the Office of Cuban Broadcasting offerings.
