Every where else it's just Tuesday, February 5, 2008 - except for New Orleans, Louisiana. Tuesday is Fat Tuesday, the last day of Mardi Gras. Although Mardi Gras is celebrated around the world, no one does it like New Orleans- " The City That Care Forgot!" It's a day of non-stop parades, madness, zaniness and yes some debauchery in certain places. The city shuts down for the day, including schools and all government offices, and good thing.... who wants to work on Fat Tuesday?You ask if, I Know What It Means to Miss New Orleans ? ... you bet I do!
