TDP has its headquarters in Rikevorsel, Belgium, and leases airtime over world band transmitters. Reports were verified by seven full data blue TDP cards, without transmitter site notation.

All India Radio-Panaji 9705 kHz. Full data color scenery card of Fatehpur Sikri ruins, signed with illegible signature. Received in five years and 23 days, 45 days from last English followup report with SAE (not used) and souvenir postcards. Followup was posted online at: firstname.lastname@example.org and also mailed to postal address, verified from; Directorate General-All India Radio, Akashvani Bhawan, Sansad Marg, New Delhi 110001, India.
